DURATION OF STAY
The length of stay is defined by the booking dates.
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures from 7 a.m. - unless prior agreement between the customer and reception.
Please contact us as soon as possible with the necessary details for any modification to a reservation already made.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Your bank details will be requested when booking.
In case of invalid bank details, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately and without notice.
Payment is made directly at the hotel upon departure - unless the reservation is paid for through the booking platforms on which accommodation is booked.
The hotel accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), holiday vouchers and cash payment. Prices are displayed in Euros (€)
Payment of the reservation is made electronically upon confirmation of the reservation, according to the conditions specific to the booking platforms.
The prices indicated in the reservation are prices inclusive of VAT per room and per night, for a determined number of people per room and for the chosen date.
Tourist taxes are not included in the price displayed.
Tourist tax: 0.75 Euros per person per night
Reservations are made based on the occupants stipulated in the reservation, unless prior agreement with the reception / management.
Please note that the property is non-smoking.
The well-being of our guests is our priority, so we reserve the right to terminate the stay of guests whose behavior will be deemed disruptive to the tranquility of the place.
The customer assumes responsibility for damage caused by himself at the accommodation and common areas. Any damage must be immediately reported to the hotel team and the repair costs, if applicable, will be invoiced separately to the tenant and this according to an assessment made by the management.
There is no charge for canceling the stay more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation below 24 hours results in a 50% charge for the first night.
In the event of a no-show, the costs amount to the entire stay and will be debited via the bank card submitted during the reservation.
If booking made via platforms, please refer to the establishment's cancellation conditions on the platform in question.
The hotel encourages customers to take out clean travel insurance if they choose to, covering exceptional events that may require them to interrupt, cancel or move their vacation.
The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to belongings belonging to customers during their stay.
In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay.
The establishment does not sell or rent the data transmitted to it, or transfer it to any third party, except for what is essential for the performance of its tasks. The establishment strives to take the utmost care in processing data and to prohibit access to unauthorized persons to the fullest extent possible.
